Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund for our classical guitar course subscriptions. The return period begins on the date you complete your purchase and receive access to the course materials.

For subscription-based courses, the return period applies to each individual subscription payment. You may request a refund for a specific billing period within 30 days of that payment.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

• The refund request must be made within 30 days of purchase
• Less than 25% of the course content has been accessed or downloaded
• The course materials have not been shared, distributed, or resold
• The refund request is made by the original purchaser
• No violation of our Terms of Use has occurred

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet these conditions or that we believe are fraudulent or abusive.

Return Shipping Costs

Since our courses are delivered digitally (online access to video lessons, downloadable materials, etc.), there are no physical products to return and therefore no return shipping costs apply.

All refunds are processed electronically to the original payment method used for the purchase. No shipping or handling fees are deducted from refunds for digital products.

Return Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

2. Provide the following information:
   • Your full name and email address associated with the account
   • Order number or transaction ID
   • Date of purchase
   • Reason for the refund request
3. Our customer service team will review your request within 2-3 business days
4. If approved, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days
5. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider and may take up to 10-14 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items and circumstances are not eligible for refunds:

• Courses where more than 25% of the content has been accessed or downloaded
• Purchases made more than 30 days ago
• Downloadable materials, bonus content, or resources that have been accessed or downloaded
• Gift purchases (the original purchaser must request the refund)
• Courses purchased during promotional sales with explicit "no refund" terms
• Refund requests made after violating our Terms of Use
• Duplicate refund requests for the same purchase

General Legal Requirements

This Return Policy complies with applicable consumer protection laws, including:

• United States: Federal Trade Commission regulations and state consumer protection laws
• European Union: Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and applicable national laws
• Other Jurisdictions: Applicable local consumer protection laws

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason, unless you have consented to immediate access to the digital content and acknowledged that you will lose your right of withdrawal.

Some jurisdictions may provide additional consumer rights that cannot be excluded or limited. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order before you receive access to the course materials:

• Before Access: If you cancel before receiving course access, you will receive a full refund within 5-10 business days
• After Access: Once you have received access to course materials, cancellation is subject to our standard refund policy
• Subscription Cancellations: You may cancel future subscription payments at any time, but cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period unless requested within the refund eligibility window

Refund Procedure

Once your refund request is approved:

1. We will process the refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
2. Your course access will be revoked immediately upon refund approval
3. You will receive an email confirmation of the refund
4. The refund amount will appear in your account according to your payment provider's processing time (typically 5-14 business days)

Refund Amount: Refunds will be issued for the full purchase price, excluding any applicable taxes or fees that cannot be refunded due to legal or regulatory requirements.

Partial Refunds: In exceptional circumstances, we may offer partial refunds at our discretion. This will be clearly communicated to you before processing.

Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback with your payment provider, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and provide evidence of your purchase and access to course materials.
