Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Shopsytrend's classical guitar lesson services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations.

Use License

Permission is granted to access our course materials for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Course Access

Access to our classical guitar courses is provided on a subscription or one-time purchase basis as specified at the time of enrollment. Course materials are for your personal use and may not be shared with others.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Use. You may use our classical guitar lesson services for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. Acceptable uses include:

• Accessing and viewing course materials for your personal learning
• Participating in course activities and exercises
• Interacting with instructors and other students in a respectful manner
• Sharing your progress and achievements within the course community

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws, infringe upon the rights of others, or interfere with the operation of our website. Specifically, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of others
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, or networks

Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, and software, is the property of Shopsytrend and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You acknowledge that:

• All course materials, videos, and content are proprietary and confidential
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content
• You may not remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
• Unauthorized use of our content may result in legal action

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Shopsytrend shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Costs of substitute goods or services
• Personal injury or property damage
• Emotional distress or other intangible losses

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

Dispute Resolution

If you have any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use or our services, you agree to first contact us to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If we are unable to resolve the dispute within sixty (60) days, you agree to resolve the dispute through binding arbitration, except as provided below.

Arbitration: Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in Irvine, California, United States, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

Exceptions: Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.

Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, United States.

If you are located outside the United States, you acknowledge that these Terms of Use are governed by United States law, and you consent to the jurisdiction of courts in California, United States.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by:

• Posting the updated terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date
• Sending you an email notification (if you have provided your email address)
• Displaying a prominent notice on our website

Your continued use of our services after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms of Use. If you do not agree to the modified terms, you must discontinue use of our services.
